Tim Reed (Melody) - Senior Pastor

Pastor Tim has been in ministry for over 35 years and holds a BA in Church Ministries and an MA in Theological Studies. Pastor Tim and Melody have been married since 1989 and have three sons, three daughters-in-law and a growing number of grandchildren. Pastor Tim and Melody came to Riverview Community Church in July of 2020 and have fallen in love with the beauty of the PNW and the people who live here.

Kima Fanai (Jeanette) - Worship & Associate Pastor

Pastor Kima was born in India. Pastor Kima spent nine years serving with Youth With A Mission where he developed a deep love and skill for leading worship before moving to the United States in 2003 to serve as a worship leader at a church in Minnesota.
In 2008, following the Lord’s leading, he relocated to Seattle and served in ministry in White Center, where he led worship and served as a men’s discipleship program director. In 2010, he met and married his wife, Jeanette, and together they have faithfully followed God’s call to serve churches and communities in Washington, Alabama and Kentucky.  The Lord called them back to the Northwest to serve here in Kent in 2023.
Pastor Kima and Jeanette share a heart for serving the local church and helping others grow in their faith.  They are passionate about walking alongside others in their spiritual journeys and love serving side by side wherever God leads.  In their free time, they enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, and exploring new places throughout the beautiful Northwest.

Christian Reed (Sarah) - Youth and Children's Pastor

Pastor Christian and his wife, Sarah came to Riverview Community Church in December of 2025. They have been married since 2020 and have a daughter and son. Christian has an extensive background in filmmaking, production and ministry leadership. After several years in corporate marketing and entrepreneurship, Christian and Sarah were called to return to ministry. They are thrilled to be a part of the lives of Riverview's youth & children.

Ron Lalime - Business Director

Ron and his wife, MaryAnn, have been a part of Riverview from the beginning. They were part of the planting team back in 2001 and have been amazed at God’s faithfulness through the years! Ron joined the Riverview staff in July of 2008.  As Business Director, Ron’s primary responsibilities include managing the church's finances and business affairs.  He is also driven to help individuals realize God’s best for their lives in the area of personal finances through biblical principles and programs like Financial Peace University. Ron has a passion for good stewardship and accountable management of the resources that God has faithfully provided the church. Ron has been blessed with his beautiful wife of more than 20 years, MaryAnn, and two wonderful boys, Reagan & Max. Ron loves to spend time with his family and friends especially going to the ocean, camping, concerts & sporting events.
