Event Request Form

Once form is submitted, the event will be reviewed by the staff at the next staff meeting for event approval.

To ensure, that your event is included in monthly publicity, please submit your event documentation as soon as possible, but at least SIX WEEKS prior to the month publicity is to start. For example, if your event is in January, your event request form would need to be submitted in November. Some event requirements such as the use of commercial printing, require a much longer lead time.

Promotional material costs must be pre-approved by the Ministry Lead and paid from the ministry budget.
